Air filter replacement cycle for air shower room

You may find the performance of the filter in the air shower is particularly good after using it. Compared with other filters, it contains the primary air filter and the air filter, and has a two-in-one function. So let me introduce its specific  advantages over other products.

1. The air filter here mainly includes the primary air filter and the air filter, that is to say, the air filter in the air shower room contains these two types. The efficiency of the general primary filter is between G1-G4. Based on the analysis of the data mastered by the air shower user, if it is a general user and if it works eight hours a day,  the primary filter should be maintained every 3 to 5 months. First of all, it is necessary to clean the primary filter, but the number of times of cleaning is limited. Generally, the primary filter can be cleaned for 3 times at most; that is to say, usually the primary filter must be completely replaced in about two years.

2. If it is managed in an ordinary clean room, it is generally replaced once between every one or two years, but the filter in the air shower room is different from that in the clean room because there is no medium-efficiency filter to protect in the air shower room. Therefore, we generally recommend that the filter in the air shower room be replaced within 12 months; the usual maintenance, including frequent cleaning of the air shower room, and no dust, etc., should be done well, and dust pad should be worn before entering the air shower room. At the same time, the dressing room should be kept as clean as possible. 

3. Of course, the above replacement time is listed according to different situations, and it does not necessarily mean that all users must follow this. The easier and more convenient way is to judge according to the blowing effect of the air shower room. The poor the blowing effect of the air shower room is, the more necessary it will be for maintenance or replacement of the air filter.
